Balance, top-ups and every debit are stored as wallet transactions, so the ledger always reconciles with the card.

Canteen and koperasi staff request an amount, the student taps to approve, and the balance moves instantly.

From enrolment to the first tap in four steps.
Admin creates the account as a student, lecturer or outlet and sets the sign-in password.
Tap a blank NFC card on the reader and bind its UID to the account record.
Reload at the counter or request a reload online for admin to approve.
Tap to mark attendance in class and tap to pay at any campus outlet.
